To achieve the best results from laser treatments you need the best equipment. That is why we sourced the German designed and built MedioStar XT laser from Asclepion.

The MeDioStar XT handpiece is fitted with a system that cools the area to be treated immediately before emitting the pulse, guaranteeing greater comfort and safety for the patient during treatment. A monitoring system inside the laser device regulates the cooling level, always keeping the skin temperature lower then 25°C and ensuring painless and extremely delicate treatment of all skin types.

The laser beam is transmitted through 5900 small fibers, which guarantees the most consistent treatment of the skin surface. Thanks to the uniform distribution of energy there are no zones that are hotter or cooler than others.

Tanned or Dark Skin

The ability to vary the duration of the laser pulse to up to 500 ms allows for safe treatment of dark and tanned skins. The increased pulse duration combined with the skin cooling prevents thermal damage to the epidermis.

The system we have chosen also contains two different wavelengths in one single diode stack: 810 nm and 940 nm. This offers greater versatility in darker phototypes (940 nm) or fairer phototypes (810 nm) among patients.
